She has distinguished herself as an expert in Talent Management and a highly valued coach and advisor to C-suite executives, first as an HR executive in multinational corporations, including Citibank, Pitney Bowes and Compass Group USA, and currently as the Founder and CEO of Central Park Executive Coaching. Utilizing her business acumen and commitment to each client’s success, Eileen brings proven methods and customized solutions to each engagement.

Christine has spent over 30 years in Corporate environments. Her strength is her ability to develop people and lead teams. From mergers, reorganizations, to acclimation with new management teams, she is a respected voice in times of change and opportunity.  She provides support and clarity throughout the career journey. Having completed a career pivot from Marketing Executive to Coaching, Christine understands the need and processes necessary for change. She created Motivating-Factors her coaching practice and serves Executives and mid-tier level professionals in a variety of industries such as Media, Tech, Marketing, and Start Ups. In addition, she served as an Adjunct Professor at Pace University teaching career strategies to Graduate and Undergraduate students. Christine is a coach for the Chief, a global network for Executive women as well as a coach for Skillsoft and is a facilitator and group coach for executive teams.

Julie Lombardi

About Julie 

Julie provides support to CPEC’s coaches with research and communications as well as social media strategies and user experience design.   

Prior to joining CPEC, Julie worked for many years within the fashion industry both in the United States and Italy.  In addition, she is a seasoned Client Services professional who has worked across different industries and more recently in the Event Management and conference space where she delivered successful trade industry events.  A native of Connecticut, Julie earned her degree in Design Management at Parsons School of Design in New York City.
